About The Surveyor
Noah B. Penn P.S., started Points West after working with Nordlund Engineering, Ludington, MI. from 2003 through 2012.
Noah earned a B.S. in Geological Science from MSU followed by a B.S. in Surveying / Engineering at Ferris State University.
While completing his education Noah worked for Soils and Structures, Muskegon, MI, as a construction inspector; MDOT, as mapping and leveling survey Crew chief; and KEBS, INC., Haslett, MI.
Noah is a member of the Michigan Society of Professional Surveyors. He is also a member of the Mason County remonumentation peer group.
Noah has completed projects for the State Of Michigan, providing adjustment of GPS data to establish Michigan State Plane Coordinate Information (MCS 83)
